How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive an email once your order is confirmed and on its way, and we’ll keep you updated if anything affects the processing time.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only offer shipping within Canada. We are actively working on expanding our shipping options. Stay tuned for updates, as we hope to offer international shipping in the future! Thank you for your patience and support.

What is your return policy?

Since our products are handmade soaps and personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. However, if there’s an issue with your order, such as damage during shipping or a mistake on our part, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your items. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation and ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.
